Taster Days
The intention of these one-day workshops is to offer a “taster” of Core Process Psychotherapy to people who might be considering going on a two-day Introductory course which is now pre-requisite for application to the MA in Core Process Psychotherapy. It is also relevant for those who wish to expand their understanding of the spiritual and its link to the psychological. In these one-day events, we will explore how the mindfulness-based psychological, spiritual and experiential practices come together with western psychotherapeutic understanding in Core Process Psychotherapy. Through talks, discussions and experiential enquiry, participants may develop a deeper sense of the relevance of these practices in their own lives.
These introductory one-day workshops are offered in various locations. This includes Devon, London, Scotland and Ireland but also Switzerland and other national and international locations depending on interest and staff availability.
