Developing embodied awareness, felt-experience and affect regulation in the counselling or psychotherapy relationship.

Including discussions on:

An overview of presence and mindfulness in psychotherapy, the neurobiology of presence, traumatization and mindfulness, mindful inquiry in session work.

Certificates of Attendance for 5 hours will be provided at the event.
